That you’ve found my website, I’m guessing you are familiar with the full-time job that is the weight struggle. Whether you think you need to lose weight or perhaps your body image is in need of some healing, your Diet Mentality thoughts have likely robbed you of living your best, most happiest life. Simply put, you haven’t felt like yourself for a long, long time - and for some of you, maybe never. I get it. I have been there and it is a miserable way to live.

Fortunately, I was able to find the way out of Diet Mentality prison and I’m happy to report that the journey wasn’t as bad as I had been anticipating. In fact, your coaching journey has the potential to be a fun opportunity of self-discovery. I believe that each person seeking freedom from the struggle already has the answers within them. You just need to be asked the right questions. That’s where a good coach comes in handy!

I am the kind of coach who will not only ask you great coaching questions, but I will invite you to change the way you think about things. For example, we tell ourselves that the main point of losing weight is so that we can be happy, right? To which I say, “Why not cut out the middle man and go straight to happy?” With this philosophy firmly in place, you will find that in my coaching method, we focus very little on your weight and focus more on building up the elements of a happy life. It is my experience that the clients who put their energy into creating happiness, found that their weight shifted rather effortlessly.

Whatever we focus on, we get more of. Focus on how much weight you think you need to lose and you will find yourself with lots of weight that “needs losing.” Focus on how healthy and fit your body is becoming and you will find yourself creating that reality. Overall, focus on how amazing your life is and you get more of an amazing life. Sounds good, non?

If you’re looking for a quick-fix answer, then it’s likely that Weight Loss and Body Image Coaching is not for you. This is a process that unfolds layer by layer and one that you must give your time and energy to in order to create the results you want. How much effort you put into your coaching journey determines what you will get out of it. I cannot create your results for you, but I can teach you how to reconnect with yourself on a deep level, which is an essential component for lasting change.

Return to Yourself Coaching Intensive: $1,250.00
This one-on-one coaching package focuses on you and your own unique journey.  You will receive a custom designed program based on your particular coaching needs. With this package, you will receive invaluable email coaching between phone sessions, where many of your roadblocks are discovered and eliminated.  This is the perfect option for those who are seeking laser-focused attention during their coaching experience.

Includes eight (8) one-hour coaching sessions (one per week for 8 consecutive weeks), eight consecutive weeks of email support between coaching sessions (M-F), Pre-coaching Treasure Map, Daily Treasure Map template, and all worksheets (via email).

Monthly Coaching Package: $650.00
The rate will be reduced to $600.00 for monthly coaching packages purchased thereafter or if you have received one-on-one coaching from me before.

This coaching package is perfect for clients who prefer the convenience of splitting their coaching investment or for those who are seeking only brief one-on-one laser coaching.

Includes four (4) one-hour coaching sessions (one per week for 4 consecutive weeks), four consecutive weeks of email support between coaching sessions (M-F), Pre-coaching Treasure Map, Daily Treasure Map template, and all worksheets (via email).

Single Coaching Session: $175.00
The rate will be reduced to $150.00 for single sessions purchased thereafter or if you have received one-on-one coaching from me before.

Perhaps you’re feeling stuck or off in the weeds and you only need a session or two to help you move forward.  Each Single coaching session includes a mini Pre-Coaching Treasure Map, a Daily Treasure Map Template, one week of email support (M-F) beginning on the day of your scheduled session, and suggested worksheets (via email). 

All one-on-one coaching sessions within the U.S. can be done on the phone or via 
Skype
. Clients living outside of the U.S. have the option of using Skype or calling in
for their sessions.
